Claude Joyal inc., a leader in the sale and repair of agricultural machinery, is currently looking for a dynamic and organized Workshop Supervisor to join our team at the Napierville branch, located at 682 Route 219, Napierville, QC J0J 1L0.
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the planning, coordination, and smooth operation of the mechanical workshop. They serve as a technical reference for the team while ensuring high-quality service.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Plan and assign repair and maintenance work on agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesting equipment, seeders, etc.).

Supervise, support, and motivate the team of mechanics.

Diagnose complex issues and assist technicians with technical problem-solving.

Manage priorities, urgent requests, and customer follow-ups.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Keep repair records up to date in the workshop management system.
🧰 Job Requirements

Diploma in agricultural mechanics, diesel mechanics, or a related field (DEP or equivalent).

Relevant experience in agricultural mechanics, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role (an asset).

In-depth knowledge of modern agricultural equipment (hydraulics, electronics, GPS, etc.).

Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
