Your Role

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining trusted relationships with our agricultural customers, while providing solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on the purchase of agricultural machinery and equipment

  • Develop and maintain a client portfolio within your assigned territory

  • Visit farms and ensure regular customer follow-ups

  • Identify sales opportunities and propose personalized solutions

  • Collaborate with the service and parts teams to ensure an optimal customer experience

 

Desired Profile

  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry and equipment

  • Experience in sales or customer service (a major asset)

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Autonomous, proactive, and a strong team player

  • Valid driver’s license
