Founded in 1962 in Saint-Guillaume by Claude Joyal, the son of a farmer from St-David, Claude Joyal Inc. has grown into a trusted family business that continues to evolve while staying true to its roots: providing reliable equipment and personalized service to support the success of agricultural producers.
In its early days, the Saint-Guillaume dealership represented International Harvester and also operated as a Texaco fuel retailer. After multiple expansions and renovations, this location proudly remains the company’s head office today.
Over the years, Claude Joyal Inc. expanded its footprint to better serve its customers. In 1988, the company acquired B & D Équipement in Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, followed by Messier Equipment in Stanbridge Station in 1991. In 2000, Napierville Automotive joined the family, and in 2012, the Garage E. Boissonneault in Lyster became part of the network.
Today, with five dealerships located in Napierville, Saint-Denis-sur-Richelieu, Saint-Guillaume, Stanbridge, and Lyster, Claude Joyal Inc. is a key player in the agricultural sector. Now led by Nathalie and Ghislain, and with the third generation already involved, the company remains committed to delivering the best service, expert advice, and long-lasting solutions.
